TSP Website Redesign

The ask was to redesign a few pages of TSP.gov in order to increase enrollment in this retirement plan for people in the military. Since it is completely optional and there is no match, enrollment is low. I focused on making the home page more educational, showcasing the long-term benefits of the plan, and redesigning the enrollment process to make it more easy and understandable.
